Prices shown are not fixed at the date of booking. These are reviewed annually and may be subject to any future inflationary increases and/or variation. We will endeavour to notify you wherever possible.

| Booking Confirmation, Deposits & Final Payments |
|
Weddings & Functions - the deposit shown below is required together with the signed booking form within two weeks of the provisional booking date.
Ribbesford Room - £400 / Beaucastle Room - £200
A guide to final numbers should be advised two weeks prior to the event.
Final chargeable numbers will be those recorded one week prior to the function.
An invoice will be raised for known costs and must be paid for prior to the event or we will be unable to proceed.
Any requested additions must be paid for on the day of the event.
Conferences - a deposit of £100 is required together with a letter of confirmation or signed booking form within two weeks of the provisional booking date.
Final payments must be made prior to the day unless otherwise agreed.

In all cases any extras incurred on the day must be paid on the day. |

| Damage to Property & Behaviour |
|
The Customer will be held liable for any loss or damage to any part or contents of the premises,
caused by the customer, guest or paid servant. We will not accept liability for damage to any article or equipment introduced to the premises.
For the comfort and safety of guests and employees it is important that when requested, you ensure that all members of your party maintain acceptable levels of behaviour and noise on the premises. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to stop the event or expel or remove any guest behaving in a way that is detrimental to other customers or our reputation without compensation or refund. Parking is free but at the customer's and their guests own risk.

| Cancellation |
|
In the event of cancellation we regret that we are unable to refund deposits unless we are able to rebook the date with a similar event.
6 months or more prior to the event - as above.
4- 6 months - 33% of the cost per head times the room minimum number.
Under 4 months - 50% of the cost per head times the room minimum number.
Under 2 months - 75% of the cost per head times the room minimum number.
We cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss as a result of circumstances that occur beyond our control, i.e. power cuts, acts of God, strikes etc.
We recommend that you always consider insuring against cancellation or unforeseen circumstances.
