It’s safe to say we have had a wet start to our winter season. A large thank you to our greens Staff for getting our course open through these tough conditions. As mentioned in Brett’s report we will continue to work on the drainage over the next few weeks to improve course conditions. It’s a pleasure to announce we will be receiving new winter mats over the next 7 days and our individual fairway mats have now arrived ready for play.

In other news, we have a new carpet in our function space thank you to one of our members, Darren Morris. I would like to thank all members who supported our Beat Pudsey event raising £160 for Children in Need. With a special thank you to Oliver Dix for volunteering to be our Pudsey for the day. And of course, our Chef Matthew Foster for his home-made soup making the walk back up the 1st a little easier.

As we continue through the winter our Thursday night range events will continue, moving to Night Range for December. Glow targets and Balls, the layout will remain the same 6pm -8pm on the driving range. Food and Beverage offers will be available in the bar.
